Hawaii Beach Front Condo Policies
Oahu Condo Rental Check-in and Check-out
Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. Many times,
groups will check in and out of the same suite on the same day, and this gives
us only 4 hours to do a thorough cleaning of the apartments. Promptness is
appreciated. For check-in, the doors to the apartments are left open with the keys
inside on a table. You may do the same thing for check-out.
Noise
For the peaceful enjoyment of guests, neighbors and the owner, loud music and
loud parties are not allowed on the premises. Please check if you wish to
have a quiet party on the premises. Your wishes can usually be accommodated.
Kayaks
The two kayaks are available on a first come, first served basis. They
weigh about 70 pounds each. There is a handle at each end to carry the kayaks to
the water. The kayaks cannot be dragged over the grass through the back yard
as there are also rocks in the yard that will damage the hull. When finished
kayaking, they must be carried up into the back yard, rinsed off with water and
placed on their sides in the rack that holds them.
Hawaii Vacation Condo Parking
Oahu is an island. Space is limited. Parking is allowed for one car
only with the exception of the Bay View Suite which can have 2 cars.
There are no additional fees for parking as there are in Waikiki.
Pets
Well behaved pets of all types are welcome at the inn.
Oahu Condo Rates
In addition to the daily/weekly rates there are these
additional charges:
1) 4.16% Hawaii state excise tax
2) $60.00 cleaning fee for stays of 5 nights or more$100.00 cleaning fee for stays of less than 5 nights
3) $100.00 refundable security deposit against major damage and major dirt
Payment
Half of the rental amount is due 2 weeks after making a
reservation. The remaining rental balance is due 2 WEEKS prior to arrival.
Oahu Condo Reservations
Reservations can be made by simply Emailing or phoning the inn and
stating which apartment you wish to rent for which dates. You then have one
week to put a personal check, cashier's check or traveler's check in the mail for
half of the rental amount. You will receive an Email when the deposit check is
received. The balance due must be received 2 weeks prior to your arrival at the
inn. The inn does not accept credit cards for payment of the rental fees.
Oahu Condo Reservation Cancellations
Cancellations made 8 weeks or more prior to arrival date will receive a
refund of the full deposit. Cancellations made 2-8 weeks prior to arrival date lose their 50%
deposit unless the same space is rented to another group for the same time
period. Then the entire deposit will be returned. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival lose their full
payment unless the same space is rented to another group for the same time
period.
Then the entire deposit will be returned.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted only outside of the inn.
Water
The Hawaiian Islands have excellent drinking water--pure and good
tasting. Only ignorance would allow one to buy bottled water on Oahu.
