The inn is a 6300 square foot, 3 story house with 4 private apartments, each approximately 1500 square feet in size.

White Ginger Suite
(up to 6 people)
This lovely suite has 3 bedrooms, one large and two small.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The master bedroom has a
bathroom inside of it and the other two bedrooms share a second
full bathroom. This suite's living room, breakfast nook and lanai all have gorgeous ocean and mountain views.
Two of the three bedrooms have air conditioning.
There is an additional charge for more than 6 people in the suite.
This
3 bedroom unit has a master bedroom overlooking 180-degree views of the
water and mountains. There is a bathroom inside of it as well as a queen
size bed.
The
other 2 bedrooms are on the street side of the house. The
middle bedroom has a queen size bed. The back bedroom also has
a queen size bed as well as 2 twin beds. These 2 bedrooms
share a good-sized bathroom. There is an air conditioner only
in the middle bedroom. The master bedroom has a 4 x 8 sliding
door that opens to the trade winds off of the bay.
There is an additional charge for
more than 8 people in the suite.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite looks out over palm trees loaded with young green coconuts.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed which sleeps two people. The back bedroom has two queen size beds and
one twin bed which sleeps up to five people.
The master bedroom overlooks the water and mountains. The second bedroom faces away from the ocean.
There is air conditioning in the back bedroom only.
The master bedroom has a 4 x 8 sliding door that opens to the trade winds off of the bay.
The Red Ginger Suite is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a queen bed and a double bed in each of the bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms is quite large at approximately 17 by 32 feet. It has the most deluxe furniture of any of the suites and the floors are all ceramic tile.
Though this unit has no air conditioning, there are ceiling fans and large sliding glass doors in each room which allow the trade winds to circulate.
